Meet Chef Nyoman Suasa
Executive Chef Nyoman Suasa has had a distinguished culinary journey. He began his training at Four Seasons Bali, then honed his skills globally, eventually becoming Sous Chef at Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. There, he catered to celebrities, organized high-profile weddings, and helped open Wolfgang Puck’s CUT. Back in Bali, Chef Suasa became Executive Chef at Bambu, specializing in authentic Indonesian cuisine, while also overseeing culinary operations at La Lucciola in Seminyak.
