Beef Au Poivre The cave menu

Discovered in 2013 during villa construction, this preserved cave offers a unique dining experience among stunning stalactites and crescent walls.

Chef Ryan Clift creates seasonal menus that highlight bold flavors and fresh ingredients, all served beneath captivating light projections that turn the ancient cave walls into a living canvas. Whether you choose the 7- or 10-course, each dish can be perfectly paired with curated wine or cocktail selections. ne of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had in Bali. The Cave is set inside a natural cave, which creates a very intimate and atmospheric setting. We tried the new tasting menu — refined, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated. There was also a light show during the dinner, which added a special touch without taking away from the elegance.
